Job Title: Emergency Department Travel Nurse

Start Date: January 2025
GET up to $100 per hour + OT and Holiday pay
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Emergency Department Travel Nurse to join our team in Browning, Montana. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment. The successful candidate will be a key member of the emergency team, helping to stabilize and treat patients with urgent and emergent conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and comprehensive patient care in the Emergency Department.
- Assess, diagnose, and implement care plans for patients experiencing acute medical conditions or trauma.
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform emergency interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and support staff, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide education and support.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities.
- Adhere to established clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Montana or compact state licensure.
- Minimum of three years of experience in an emergency or acute care setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (required).
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification (preferred).
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and adapt to a diverse range of medical emergencies.
